CNC USB Controller BL-USBMach Pinout

This is a basic diagram to help those who purchase one of these cheap cnc boards and can't make sense of the instructions. They are sold under many names usually listed as something like "USB Interface Board CNC MACH3 Motion Control Card For Engraving Machine".

You will find the Mach3 plugin and a mill profile in the attachements to get you going.

These are really cheap Chinese boards sold under various names (BSMotion, JDSWCNC, JD Motion, , JDSW*).

Often times the solder flow for the TH parts has splashed and left goobers and flakes on the top of the board. Inspect for this with magnification and remove before attempting to use.You will need to put BL-UsbMach.dll in your Mach3 installations plugins folder then select that as your device.

You do not need to set ports only input pin assignments. Use the Mach3 diagnostics page to see which inputs go to which connector.

Mach 3 is pretty old and outdated but works.

These will not work with Mach4 or GRBL.
