Water Sensor with attiny13

# Water Sensor This is a compact water sensor for check water in a tank. Based on attiny13 and a piece of foil. It works same like touch sensor. Just glue the sensor on the bottle. After power on it calculates time of charge-discharge (led blinks). Too long charge: there is water in a bottle. Led is off. Too fast charge: no water. Led is on.
