Constant Current for DCC LED strips (V2)

Goal: constant light in model train wagens. An external Elco of 220uF - 1000uF is needed for constant light.

Current schematics is configured for 1,1 mA, which is sufficient to drive 10 x 3 LEDs. If R2 is changed to 220 Ohm. current raises to 1,6 mA; with 100Ohm the current becomes 3,2 mA.

Design is basically copied from OpenDCC: https://www.opendcc.de/elektronik/stromquelle/stromquelle.html (Wolfgang Kufer).

Costs to manufacture, ship and import 5 panels with 25 PCBs each, is around 30 Euro. Per wagen costs are therefore around 25 sents.
