Combo PiFire PWM or 120V fan

Trying to make a combination board which integrates the relays but also allows for either a 120V stock fan or the 12V PWM fan.

This is currently a work in progress based on the original Weberbox PWM fan design

Order to populate the PCB:

1. Use solder to select either 5V or 3.3V LCD voltage using the jumper pads.

2. Populate resistors required for the version you're assembling

3. Continue assembly in rough height order. Since R7, R8, R9 and R10 are either fully or partially obscured by the ADS1115 please make sure to not miss steps 1 and 2 :)
