Video BCD Decoder

BCD to Decimal logic module for use in video synthesizers. Expected input/output voltages are 1v. Inputs need to be able to handle signals up to 12v without being damaged. Functionally has 3 binary inputs, 8 decimal outputs, and an analog output. May possibly add some other features.
