Std edition How to generate Gerber file from Altium Designer-JLCPCB
Generating Gerber file
Open.PCB design files on Altium designer software, and do as the following steps; Select File -> Fabrication Outputs -> Gerber Files.
2 General Setting; make it the parameter as picture shows;
General -> Units- > format
Layer -> Choose the layers you need.
4 Aperture Setting
apertures -> Embedded apertures (RS274X) -> option.
5 Advanced Setting
Double-check all the parameters you have chosen, if all with no problem, just click the OK to Generate the Gerber file.
Final step! Do not forget to do this!
6 Drilling Layer
File -> Fabrication Outputs -> NC Drill Files
Then the whole process finished. If you need to make PCB samples with low price with good quality, try JLCPCB, usually, you can get the sample around 2 working days. JLCPCB Prototype for $2 (any colour): https://jlcpcb.com
