I was working on a schematic and converted it to PCB, and i'm getting errors in the DRC "[Fatal Error] : Component $3I688 lacks of property "Footprint" and "The property "Designator" of Component $3I730 doesn't match the suggestion rule. Suggesting the Designator value combine into: English letters + numeric or question mark."

Did i do something wrong during the making of the schematic???
