Description
Replacement power and logic board for a Ninja Foodi DT200UK oven. This will be a rather nice reflow oven that can be connected to a Mac/PC where it appears as a USB Serial Device. It is also a dual mode USB-PD device which can supply up to 20V 15W, and when not connected to mains can be powered fromt he PC for flashing/debugging. Both the main convector fan and the board cooling fan have tachos fitted, and provision is made for multiple temperature sensors, including two Type-K thermocouples. A later revision may include a mezzanine for a VFD to control the oven fan, although shaded-pole induction motors aren't typically suited for this. For now, basic ON/OFF and phase-angle control are supported. A 64MB flash is included fro storage of configuration, profiles and logs.
