We are thrilled to present Project ANGELO, a global open-source initiative dedicated to breaking the social isolation of the elderly and people with hearing barriers through "Frugal Innovation." JLCPCB has always been the ideal partner for Project ANGELO, providing the high-quality, accessible manufacturing that allows our community-driven mission to scale worldwide.

To bring the next generation of ANGELO kits to life, we require a comprehensive suite of your professional services:

1. PCB Prototyping & Manufacturing

The heart of ANGELO lies in its reliable circuitry. We utilize your high-standard PCB fabrication to ensure that every "Angelo Point" (our local assembly hubs) receives durable and precisely manufactured boards. We rely on your quick-turnaround prototyping to test new iterations of our open-source designs.

2. PCBA (SMT & Through-Hole Assembly)

To make the project more accessible to volunteers who may not have advanced soldering skills, we are looking to utilize your PCBA services. By having the core SMD components (such as the TL072 op-amps) pre-assembled by your team, we can focus our community efforts on the final educational assembly and social distribution.

3. 3D Printing for Enclosures

The "ANGELO" user experience is defined by its friendly, non-medicalized design. We require your 3D Printing services (SLA/MJF) to produce our signature "Snap-Fit" covers. These enclosures are designed to be assembled without tools, and your high-precision printing ensures that the mechanical interlocks work perfectly every time.

4. Sourcing & Global Scalability

Your integrated component sourcing allows us to maintain the low-cost nature of the project, ensuring that ANGELO remains a viable solution for schools, RSA (nursing homes), and Low-Income Countries (LMIC).
