Description
he TriPad Studio Controller is a professional-grade 3×3 macro pad powered by the ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8. It gives streamers instant control over scenes, audio, transitions, and streaming state — all in a tiny, elegant hot-swap mechanical package with per-key RGB and three rotary encoders.
100 % open-source and fully replicable: schematics, PCB, Gerber, BOM, and firmware are all included and designed in EasyEDA Pro (perfect for OSHWLab Stars).

- 9 × Kailh hot-swap MX sockets (CPG151101S03)
- 3 × PEC12R rotary encoders with push button
- 9 × SK6812MINI-E per-key RGB (level-shifted to 5 V via TXB0101)
- USB-C (5.1 kΩ CC pull-downs → full 900 mA detection)
- AT24CM02 EEPROM for profile storage
- TPS63031 buck-boost for clean 3.3 V rail
- Direct 5 V from USB → bright, reliable RGB
- Matte black PCB + gold ENIG (premium look)
Connectivity Modes
- USB HID – Plug-and-play, zero latency, full brightness
- Wi-Fi – OBS WebSocket control (scenes, sources, mute states with RGB feedback)
- Bluetooth LE HID – Wireless keyboard mode (works with tablets/phones)
Auto-switches based on connection.
